Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a free return, product(s) must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging, products must be undamaged and unused.

All other return requests are either arranged personally or kindly contact us for more information.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation fees might be charged.

To begin a return:

  1. Have your order number ready. It begins with the prefix "OJR#"
     
  2. Contact us  via this link or send us an email with your order number as the subject followed by Return Request. For example:
    Subject: OJR#1234 - Return Request
     
  3. In the body of the email, please clearly state the reason for the return and attach any evidence(photos, etc) if applicable.

  4. Once your return request is submitted, we will review your email and reply whether it is eligible for a free return as per the requirements stated above.

      5. Once approved, please follow the instructions in the email.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days of us receiving the returned product(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as safety beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
